Any file saved in the USF format is regarded a project.
The project is created by saving your current work file as USF file or (from scratch) selecting File/New file:
"Program title" is NOT the name of the file or project, but an internal name used in properties. The name of the file/project is determined by your save as choice
A project contains every subtitling element imaginable including profile and path to video clip. If a video clip is open during saving, it will be reloaded with the subtitles next time you open the file.
