Shift+F10 OR Numpad Ins
The Shift+F10 option may be reconfigured via the keyboard configuration dialog
The Numpad Ins option may be changed to Numpad Enter via the Options/Setup/Preferences/Toggle settings/Switch in and out cue shortcuts option.
