Both Google and Bing are available. Google Translate is for paying users of that service only. See cloud services.
DeepL Translate is also available as a third translation option, known for producing particularly natural-sounding results. DeepL requires its own API key to be configured in Cloud Services.
Unfortunately we have no way to improve the performance of the translation machine. That's entirely up to the three providers.
