Saves your work file, opens your mail program and emails content of file in the saved format.
The file format can be seen in the title bar
a) No predefined recipient: You name the recipient yourself
b) New recipient: You name the recipient, and recipient is saved for later sessions and will appear in the menu next time you use it:
